Happy Halloween

Halloween is one of my most favorite time of the year. It didn't really feel like fall because it was 78 degrees today but who's complaining. The boys helped Jared carve the pumpkins but were grossed out by the innards so Jared carved the pumpkins all on his own this year. The turned out pretty cool. :) We took the boys trick-or-treating at the mall so we didn't have to take them in the neighborhood. We were going to take them through the neighborhood too but with yesterdays trunk-or-treat and the mall today they received more than enough candy.  They didn't care because when we asked them if the wanted to go out Ian said he wanted to take a bath and watch a movie. Too much excitement for one day I guess. :)

Happy Halloween

Trunk-or-Treat

Last night we had our ward Trunk-or-Treat so the boys got to wear their costumes and practice their trick-or-treating skills before they use them for real tonight. They love that this is the time of the year to wear fun clothes and people give them candy!! I have to hide their candy and give them a few pieces at a time otherwise they would eat it all in one sitting.  If you can't tell form the pics Ian is Woody and Quintin is a giraffe.

My Gift

My gift to Jared for his birthday was season passes to Disneyland and a day and a half kid free to enjoy those passes. Thanks to Aunt Liz, Uncle Justin, and Aunt Katelyn for watching the kids. They were only slightly traumatized that I left them.

First of all, when we arrived at Disneyland there was a tour bus stuck at the toll booth on a pole. It was so hilarious I had to take a picture.

They messed up out lunch order so we got 2 bread bowls for the price of 1!! That was so lucky cause we  normally share 1 but i was extra hungry. :)

I hope you enjoyed our ride pics. :)

Empty Orchestra

Last night I sang karaoke for the first time in my life and we had a fun time.  Who cares if I sucked but I got high points for entertaining!! Everyone there was drunk anyways so no one will remember. The night started out with us enjoying a Chinese food dinner and then we went off to the lounge for some singing.  Everyone loved us cause we sang and danced and entertained. There was only like 10 people there besides us so it wasn't too nerve racking. By the time it got busy we left. It's best to get there early and do your stuff then sit back and watch the rest of the singers. :)

31 is such a fun number

This past week we got to celebrate Jared's 31st birthday. Since his birthday fell on a Sunday this year we had to do his fun celebration on a different day. :) On Sunday we had yummy cupcakes and I made Jared's birthday dinner. He wanted chicken enchiladas. Then on Tuesday we had a fun-filled day at Disneyland.  Enjoy the pics. :)

On Saturday the kids and I went to big sugar to pic up his favorite cupcakes.

The got a little bumped since Ian insisted on carrying them

Happy Birthday to Jared!!

The Disneyland Adventure begins.....

Waiting in line for Toy Story Midway Mania. Quintin kept running away and Jared had had enough!

On the Sun Wheel aka ferris wheel. We went on the one that swings back and forth and feels like you are going to fall. I was scared but the boys enjoyed it.

Afterwards we all went to Coco's for dinner. It was kids night so the kids ate free and there was a guy doing balloon animals for everyone!! We got a Goofy and a Donald. This guy was amazing!
